Background: The client started this new business in early 2017 after returning to the UK from a number of years abroad. With accreditation from Worcester-Bosch, Evogas required a solid but eye-catching website that provided potential clients with multiple channels to maximise enquiries. The site also needed to rank extremely well for organic SEO.
The client initially provided a basic set of content including branding and a catalogue from their key supplier.
In order to complete the site and build something that would rank well on search engines, we researched their market, the key products and wrote all of the copy for the site, and sourced all of the images. The completed site was thoroughly tested and works beautifully on all devices. The site features an instant quote system as well as embedded TrustPilot ratings and reviews to foster trust and engagement.
During the early stages after launch we worked closely with the client and went through a number of iterations of the layout and messaging to optimise both rank for geographical searches and to improve conversion rates.
In spite of entering a highly competitive market, 18 months since launch, the site now consistently ranks in the top 3 results on localised Google searches for key terms like: ‘new boiler’, ‘replacement boiler’, ‘new gas boiler’, ‘new oil boiler’ and many more variations.
Feedback from the client, customers and the boiler manufacturers has been extremely positive and the site has been cited as a reference for other installers.
